Cookie Policy
What cookies GymGate uses and how to control them.
Last updated: 25 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how GymGate (gymgate.io) uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, Greek Law 3471/2006 and guidance from the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and can also be used for security and measurement.
Consent
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the site cannot function without them. All other cookies (functional, analytics, marketing) are only set with your prior consent, which you can give or refuse and withdraw at any time.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your account, a short-lived state cookie that protects the Apple/Google sign-in flow against cross-site request forgery, security and anti-abuse cookies (Cloudflare Turnstile), and, during checkout, fraud-prevention cookies set by Stripe. These are essential to operate the service and do not require consent.
- Functional: remember choices such as your cookie preferences. Set only with consent.
- Analytics: help us understand usage in aggregate. Set only with consent. We currently keep analytics to a minimum.
- Marketing: we do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent first.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by the third-party services we rely on, primarily Cloudflare (security) and Stripe (payments during checkout). These providers process the data as described in their own policies.
Managing cookies
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time and manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
